For nuts:

Mix the eggs with the sugar until it melts. Add the melted butter and mix well.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and put it gradually until it is incorporated. A smooth dough is easy to shape.

For the cream:

Mix the milk with the sugar and lemon essence and put it on the fire. Mix the starch with the flour and take a pinch of warm milk and mix until smooth.

Pour the starch mixture over the remaining milk and leave it on the fire, mix until it thickens and leave to cool.

Put the butter over the cream when it is partially cold and mix well, add the lemon juice and peel. Leave it to cool for about 30 minutes.

Grease each piece with cream and stick with another half. Put in a bowl and powder with powdered sugar.
