I had seen the recipe in a Good Food magazine before and I liked it. Today I prepared it and a very tasty soup came out.
- 2 large white potatoes
- 1 parsnip
- 4 strips of bacon
- carrots and green onions to serve
- cream for cooking
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Cream of potato soup with cream and bacon:
Peel the potatoes and parsnips, wash and cut into cubes. They are boiled.
When they are ready, put them in the robot and pass them, adding the soup in which they were boiled little by little until the desired consistency is obtained. It matches the taste with salt and pepper and cooking cream.
Serve with crispy bacon pieces (cut the bacon strips into pieces and fry in a little oil until crispy), bread croutons and green onions.
