Crescent Cake which I present to you today is ready in the oven in less than 15 minutes! You don't need spectacular ingredients and everything you need is waiting for you in the basic range of LIDL stores!

Crescent Cake - Everything you need to know about the recipe

  • The name of the cake comes from its shape, of course! After the cake is ready, we use a round shape or a simple glass to cut the crescent-shaped cake! Nothing easier!
  • You can add cocoa throughout the composition for a Crescent Cake if you prefer a chocolate version. Then you can spread it with your favorite jam before adding ground walnuts!
  • You can also add walnuts to the composition and at the end just powder Crescent Cake with powdered sugar.

Ingredients for 20-25 pieces of Crescent Cake

  • 4 large eggs (5 if smaller)
  • 180ml Vita D’Or sunflower oil
  • 180ml Pilos milk
  • 180g old Belbake powder
  • core from a vanilla pod or vanilla essence to taste

  • 1 sachet of Belbake baking powder
  • a teaspoon of Belbake cocoa
  • a tablespoon of water
  • 100g ground Alesto
  • ½ Mikado cinnamon teaspoon

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Wallpaper with butter and baking paper or non stick spray a 20x30cm tray.

Put in a large bowl eggs, oil, milk, powdered sugar, vanilla. Mix for 2-3 minutes with the mixer at high speed. Add flour and baking powder. Stir until we have a composition without lumps.

We keep a few tablespoons of the composition. Add the cocoa mixed with water. Put the white dough in the pan, then drizzle the cocoa dough on top.

Mix ground walnuts with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the walnuts over the cake.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the Crescent Cake passes the toothpick test. Let it cool in the pan until it reaches room temperature. We then use a metal circle or a glass to cut out the crescents.

Don't worry about the edges of the cake, the ones you can't cut into shapes. They will be few and will be devoured by children!

Omelet muffin with multicooker / Pressure cooker omelet muffins

You will have great success with children with any good cooking in it :) To these omelet muffins you can add what you like in the composition *: chopped olives, bell peppers, corn, we really like mushrooms and greens :)

Ingredient (7 pcs):

  • 4 medium eggs
  • 35g Parmesan race fin
  • 40g mushrooms * (from the jar)
  • parsley or dill
  • oil for greased form

Method of preparation

We cook the omelet muffins 10 min on Manual, High Pressure, then release the pressure after I put a towel on the lid, so as not to splash. We turn them over and enjoy them, they are good and hot and cold :) Great appetite!

Ingredients (7 pcs):

  • 4 medium eggs
  • 35g finely grated parmesan
  • 40g mushrooms * (canned)
  • parsley or dill
  • oil for greasing the mold

Beat the eggs (I used ducks eggs), add the grated parmesan (for very small babies use fresh unsalted cheese), ad the diced mushrooms and chopped parsley. They go great with dill, too :)

Grease the mold with oil and pour the mixture evenly into each cavity, then wrap it in aluminum foil. Put 250ml water in the CrockPot, add the rack and place the mold on the it.

Cook the omelet muffins for 10 min on Manual, High Pressure, then release the pressure after you & # 8217ve put a kitchen cloth on the lid, carefully, with a spatula. Flip the muffins and enjoy, they are delicious both hot and cold :)
