  • 80 g of apricot jam (or any other kind of sour jam)

  • optional topping: Greek yogurt and honey

I know that the poor supply of flours accepted in the autoimmune protocol is a problem when you want to prepare something good. And this recipe has something great: only easy-to-buy ingredients are used at any time of the year. And did I mention that she is vegan and fasting?

Normally, if you want to prepare this apple cake, you only need the 3 basic ingredients: apples (preferably some sweet and sour), bananas (well cooked, to be sweet) and coconut flakes. pay attention to the label! avoid traces of gluten). But to be super tasty, I recommend you prepare it with all the ingredients listed. You will not regret!
